Cure with unparalleled homogeneity
The system was developed for branches of industry such as semiconductor and display production, which require large exposure areas. Two 12” U lamps form the heart of the system, which is capable of curing surfaces measuring 300 x 300 mm or 300 mm in diameter with excellent homogeneity.
It is designed for in-line production processes that require low heat inflow and a high throughput, as well as minimal downtimes, continuous operation and simple integration.
The system is available both as an OEM version and as a desktop version.
